The Client Interaction and Guidance online learning material provides a strong foundation for social and health care client work. The material covers professional ethics, legislation and safety fundamentals, workplace skills, and first aid. Students learn professional interaction with different client groups and develop systematic working and documentation skills. The material prepares students to work with children, older adult clients, and clients requiring special support. Practical skills are built through simulation exercises set in environments ranging from daycare to assisted living. The material includes audiovisual content, interactive exercises, and vocabulary tasks for S2 (Finnish as a Second Language) students.
