Your course, ready in two days.
Not a consulting project — a production pipeline.

Give us your old PDFs, work instructions, and one hour of your expert's time. You get back an interactive simulation course — pedagogically designed, ready inside your own system.

How it works

"Two days" isn't a marketing claim — it's a process.

Here's how a course is built when you deliver materials on Monday morning.

  1. Hour 0–4

    Material intake and structuring

We receive your PDFs, old courses, work instructions, and videos. Our AI agents structure them into learning objectives, topics, and assessment points. A pedagogue reviews the structure.

  2. Hour 4–8

    Expert interview

A one-hour interview with your subject-matter expert. The recording is transcribed and integrated with the material. This is your only active phase.

  3. Hour 8–24

    Content production

AI agents structure the content into interactive exercises, simulations, questions, and AI assistant configuration. Our pedagogue reviews every section.

  4. Hour 24–48

    Integration and testing

The course is built inside your own system, the AI assistant is configured, and a test run is conducted. Delivery for your approval.

Three levels of partnership

You're not buying a tool. You choose the level of partnership that fits you.

Most organizations start at Level 1 — we build the course for you — and stay there. Some move to Levels 2 or 3 over time; that's your decision, not ours.

Our primary offering
1

We build it for you

For large organizations that want the result, not the process

What you get

  • A complete interactive simulation course in two days
  • Pedagogical design and review
  • Integration into your own system (Moodle, Totara, iLMS, Itslearning, Docebo)
  • Content updates in hours after a regulatory or process change

What you do

  • Provide existing materials (PDF, Word, old courses, videos)
  • Give us one hour of expert interview time
  • Approve the content
2

We build it together

When you have an in-house content team and want pedagogical + technological leverage

What you get

  • Everything in Level 1
  • A collaboration model where your experts and our pedagogues produce content together with AI agent support
  • Ongoing content partnership — for example, a monthly production volume

Fits compliance-driven organizations with continuous content update needs, or educational organizations that want a pedagogical partner alongside their own team.

3

Simuna Creator for your use

When you want to produce content yourself with a broad internal expert network

What you get

  • The same AI agent pipeline we use when building courses
  • Pedagogical training for your team
  • A support agreement — we're there when questions come up

Disclaimer: This suits a small subset of customers. Most find better ROI at Levels 1 or 2 — your experts are expensive and have better things to do than course production. But if you want this, it's ready.

Who actually does this

AI produces the volume. These people guarantee the quality.

AI agents produce content. A pedagogue reviews it. An architect ensures it works in your systems. Behind every course is a named person, not an automated mystery box.

An example of depth

Courses aren't just text and video.

We've built immersive learning environments where students train in real 360° settings. The same pedagogical thinking applies to corporate training: practicing safety-critical situations, customer service encounters, leadership scenarios. When your course needs this level of immersion, we build that too — not as an afterthought, but as part of the same whole.

Frequently asked

What buyers usually want to know

How is this different from buying an AI tool and doing it ourselves?

Leveraging an agentic loop with memory files — the kind that live in a GitHub repository and that the agent reads and updates — requires advanced product engineering. Prompting alone is not enough. We've built this production pipeline and delivered hundreds of courses with it — your experts can focus on the subject matter.

Do we retain ownership of the content?

Yes. All course content, data, and integrations are owned by you. No vendor lock-in — you can move the content to another system at any time.

How are data security and GDPR handled?

Simuna is GDPR-compliant. Personal data is processed in Europe; data does not leave Europe. Detailed security documentation is provided during contract negotiation.

How does pricing work?

Three levels: first is a project price per course (for production), second is a per-user price for course usage (for running the course), third is Simuna Creator licensing per user. Pricing is tailored to volume and integration needs — we'll work out what fits in a call.

What if we're not satisfied with the first course?

The first course is delivered at a fixed price. If the result doesn't meet your expectations, we iterate until it does — or the contract can be unwound without additional cost. Your risk is small.

Does the AI assistant integrate with our existing system?

Typically yes. Supported systems include Moodle, Totara, iLMS, Itslearning, Docebo, and Open edX. If for some reason your system doesn't support LTI integration, technical integration is built case by case and typically takes 1–2 weeks.
