Simuna in Motion: A Recap of 3DBear’s First Half of 2025 - Investor recap

We’re halfway through 2025 — and it’s been one of the most defining periods in 3DBear’s journey so far.

From AI breakthroughs to international sales, and from product milestones to investor confidence, the momentum around Simuna, our AI-powered simulation platform, is real. Before we pause for a short summer break in a couple of weeks, here’s a look back at what we’ve accomplished — and where we’re headed next.

Highlights from the First Half of 2025

  • €500,000 in revenue from vocational simulation courses in Finland

  • 33 % of Finnish vocational institutions using Simuna-produced content

  • First fully AI-generated simulation demos completed

  • First commercial deals signed in Sweden and Norway, with localized content in production

  • €250,000 in new investment secured in June

  • Selected for the KPMG Tech Innovator 2025 finals

  • Chosen by the British Embassy in Helsinki to pitch at the London Stock Exchange during London Tech Week

Product Expansion and Market Development

Our AI production pipeline reached a major milestone this spring: entire simulation courses — including structure, scripting, interactive tasks, and localization — are now produced by pedagogically trained AI agents and refined by our expert team. This enables rapid, cost-efficient course production at scale.

Simuna’s content offering has expanded significantly in recent months. We’ve broadened our course library in health and social care, where user feedback has been especially positive. In addition, we’ve launched development in a new field — business education — with Luksia as one of the first partners. Beyond the vocational sector, we’ve also entered corporate learning, building the MindShifting course for international use.

What Comes After Summer

With summer break just around the corner, we’re already planning for an exciting second half of the year.

Key areas of focus for fall 2025 include:

  • Expanding localized course libraries in Sweden

  • Rolling out new vocational disciplines in Finland, including business education

  • Further developing our pedagogically trained AI pipeline and creator tools

  • Deepening collaboration with institutions and partners across Nordic countries

  • Responding to growing demand for our immersive learning environments, with several promising new projects underway in both Finland and the Nordics

To everyone who has supported us, partnered with us, or joined our journey so far — thank you. We’re building the future of practical skills learning, and this is only the beginning.
